CONTEST RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary

• Participation in this contest is free and does not require a real estate transaction, contract or referral. This contest is not tied to any real estate services and is open to the general public.

 2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Ontario, ages 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Right At Home Realty Brokerage, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.
• One entry per household.

 3. Contest Period

• The contest begins December 1, 2025 and ends with the draw on January 31, 2026.
• The winner will be randomly selected on January 31, 2026 no later than 5:00 pm, and will be notified within 5 days.

 4. How to Enter

• Participants may enter by completing the official entry form, or provided QR code, or by calling Jen or Van.  
• An eligible entry consists of correct name, street address, valid email, and phone number.
• No purchase, referral, or contractual obligation is required.

 5. Prize Details

• Gift Card from No Frills.
• Maximum prize value is $100.  The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

 6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
• The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question as required by Canadian contest laws.

 7. General Conditions

• The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any real estate board or brokerage.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Chances of winning are 1 in 400 or better depending on number of entries submitted.
